[FRACRS] Final Meeting Agenda

  - Bring some cash, as it may be needed for lunch
  - The agenda has been tweaked slightly, now aiming to end around 3:30pm!

*When*: Monday, Feb. 27th, 9:30am-3:30pm
*Where*: CIRA Director's Conference Room (see attached)
*What*: Below is the tentative agenda. It's flexible and we can allow
more/less time for each speaker. Don't feel pressured to present 30 minutes
of material! We'll likely be done at or before 3:30pm, to accommodate those
who need to return to Boulder.
