[Mailman] host a new list?

Hi Tammy,
I received the invite, and I responded by hitting reply and then send, as
the email instructed.
I got bounced with an "Address not found". Maybe
tsunami_bb-request at list.woc.noaa.gov
does not exist? See thread I'm about to forward ...
