[Mailman] Creating a NOAA email listserv

[NOAA OICR - NOAA Service Account]

Greetings Derek,

Is there another email address to create the ticket or is my response
sufficient?

The Name of the listserv is NOAA ERGs
The Admins are Marie Herndon and Angie Moore (question; does this limit the
ability to send messages to the two admins only?
There will be weekly activity,
