[Mailman] Is WOC mailman server still a thing?

OCM has about a dozen mailman lists (https://csc.noaa.gov/mailman/listinfo)
that might need to migrate somewhere else.  I'm wondering if the WOC
mailman service is still going strong, or are you looking for a way out?

There's also a service at list.commerce.gov that appears to be well
supported, so maybe that's the place to go.  Any ideas?  Are you guys still
open for business?  :)
