[Open.ogc] Status of services.ogc.noaa.gov during shutdown

Hi WOC,

Will the web services at http://services.ogc.noaa.gov, and associated 
virtual development server (http://services-ogc-dev.w3.wocvm.noaa.gov) 
be kept online during the Federal Government shutdown?

If one or the other will be shut down, can you please let me know so 
that I can disable some cronned processes for data ingest?  If it is 
possible to keep them online, that would be preferable, however I 
realize probably not likely.
