[Open.ogc] Status of services.ogc.noaa.gov during shutdown

Chi,

My reading of the guidance is that we don't require any user support to
be in place, if there is something that does not get updated, that is
just a result of the site continuing in 'unmaintained' status. We would
only need the WOC for the standard system admin support that we receive
from you guys normally. If this doesn't meet the NOAA guidelines, we
can turn it off, that's fine with me, I really don't care. The NOAA
guidance isn't very clear, IMO. If the WOC isn't comfortable with being
the POC requirement for Option 2, then we can just disable it. It would
probably be easier anyway.

Can you let me know if it will be disabled so I can turn off my cronned
processes and leave for the day?

Micah
