[Open.ogc] Deleted layers still exist?

Thanks. Tomorrow works better for me. As for the credentials, nothing as
changed on this end. I was able to load data with the hpcc_data.py script
up to yesterday, but I did get an error message when attempting to
overwrite the layer/feature type. Now, there maybe credential issues in the
database (PostGIS?) but I've no way of knowing.
