Summary:                    Remove experimental info from CWSU Tracon Page
Description: 
John et al.,

We need to remove the experimental label from the Tracon page asap, and
replace the survey with the attached PDD.  Kevin Stone passed me this note
and because we're just web scraping, I didn't connect the dots that we had
to actually do anything directly.   

This is pretty minor stuff -- wording changes and adding the PDD.  Let's
set June 11 as the due date to get these changes out.

Changes are currently available for test on larry greenwood's test server
at 10.5.1.77/cwsu/  (this location is only available for internal at the
AWC).

Testing:
1. Go to /cwsu
2. Verify Experimental verbiage is no longer visible in the title bar of
the web browser or in the header section of the page.
3. Verify survey link is no longer visible.
4. Validate new .pdf document is available from a link on the page - file
name is CwsuTraconPDD.pdf
