Summary:                    ADDS FPT Application - update GTG color scale
Description: 
I was under the impression the GTG thresholds only needed to be changed for
the static images.  Wrong.  Need to update color scales for FPT application
and rebuild and install.

Modified and installed FPT color scale changes for turbulence on sandbox. 
GTG displays are now the same as static images.  

Request for change:

Files modified: 
adds/fpt_application/java/src/edu/ucar/rap/adds/apps/flightpath/flightpath_operational.xml

Will need to recompile and check modified jar files into SVN in
awc/site/doc-root/static/adds/java/fpt/

User Impact:  Medium - users will see more complete picture of GTG
Turbulence forecast.
System Impact:  None.  Install updated version of JAR files
Test Plan:
navigate to www.aviationweather.gov/fptapplication and click on "launch"
link.  Once FPT Application has loaded, Select Turbulence as an overlay,
Move slider bar to 11,000 ft (on right).  In a browser, navigate to
http://www.aviationweather.gov/adds/turbulence/turbnav and select 11,000
FT for flight level.  Then compare the FPT application display with the
static plots.

Rollback plan:  revert to previous tag
