Summary:                    Oceanic  International SIGMET Mike did not show
cancelled on website.
Description: 
The wording (Cancelled) didn't show up on the AWC website display for
Oceanic SIGMET Mike. The website did correctly show the text of the
cancellation if you clicked on the SIGMET MIKE itself. The original Mike
SIGMET was issued on the 17th at 1115Z and the cancellation of the Mike
SIGMET was on the 17th at 1352Z.

preg_match looking for CNL is too rigid.  Looking for ' CNL '.  Changed it
to look for ' CNL\s' where \s is a whitespace character carriage return
for example.  Will monitor.

User impact:  Low Cancellations will appear when "CNL" is at the end of
the line
Test plan:
go to www.aviationweather.gov/products/sigmets/intl verify cancelled
sigmets display "Cancelled" verbiage when required (cancelled sigmets not
always available).
