Changes are currently available for test on larry greenwood's test server
at 10.5.1.77/cwsu/ (this location is only available internally at the
AWC).

Testing:
1. Go to /cwsu
2. Validate tracon forecast page still displaying all locations (chicklets
for Chicago and Denver will start appearing when curl is available to use
in the WOC
).
