Problem Description:
Interface for ISP connection to CenturyLink went down.

The upstream provider worked with the NOC to investigate the issue and
restore connectivity.

Impacted Area:
SSMC Campus Internet traffic. Commodity internet was available
throughout the outage via ISP connection to Level-3. I-2 was not
affected by this outage.
