Update from N-Wave:

Participant NOAA-Fairmont is available. Vendor technicians have
corrected the initial outage; however, there is still a loss of 4-6db
after correction. 3ROX Engineers continue to work with the provider to
isolate the cause of this loss. No estimated time to full recovery has
been given at this time.

Outage Description:
NOAA NOC link to Fairmont WV over N-Wave is down.

Impacted Area:
NOAA Silver Spring connectivity to SOC in Fairmont, WV.
