Summary:                    TAF Information Board Legend Updates

Feedback from ATCSCC on TIB Legend.

Suggestions for improvement include:

1) Put the legend in the same order as it is displayed in the matrix (CIG,
VIS, Wx, WindS, WindG, RnWy)
2) Use the same contraction as in the table within the legend. Can have a
separate column spelling it out.
3) If Yellow, Red, or Magenta can you indicate why in the color boxes. 
Like Winter Wx dashboard.
4) Add an element in legend for RnWy (this supposed to be crosswind? ...
if so call it XWind or something in the column label)
5) Remove from the legend the elements not displayed in the matrix
(Crosswind, Tail Winds, Flight Category)
6) Can we show/state Missing in one grey box or does it need to be listed
7 times?
7) Can the legend explain the scheme used for time (observation,
0-3,3-6,6-12 if that is right)
8) Airport Pages: Where are the legends?
