Update:
The fiber provider has repaired the damage to their fiber. All NOC devices
are reporting as up as of 10:34 PM EDT.

Outage Description:
NOC's dark-fiber connections from Silver Spring Metro Campus to ITC,
Largo and backup dark-fiber connection to MAX, College Park are
reporting as down. A ticket has been
opened with the provider.

Impacted Area:
No impact as redundancy was in place
