Update:
NOAA NOC was informed by DOC NOC that the devices in NOAA rack have
started being shut down in preparation of the planned outage at 8:30 PM
07/27/2012.

Outage Description:
NOC DOC router is reporting as down. NOAA NOC has contacted DOC NOC to
investigate the issue.

Impacted Areas:
OKC financial applications, CSAM application, home.commerce.gov and NOAA
traffic to and from HCHB.
