Update:
NOAA NOC has confirmed that the NOC router at HCHB has been powered up
and all the services are functional.

Outage Description:
NOC DOC router is reporting as down. NOAA NOC has contacted DOC NOC to
investigate the issue.

Impacted Areas:
OKC financial applications, CSAM application, home.commerce.gov and NOAA
traffic to and from HCHB.
