Outage Description:
We received an alert that the SSMC to Seattle VPN Tunnel was Down.
*RESOLVED*
The NOAA NOC in working with NWAVE was able to clear the VPN tunnel line 
traffic and re-establish the secure tunnel connection back to SSMC.
