[Woc-notify] [Ncep.list.ncepoutages] FNMOC conncection Down

Mary,

I know there are security rules about pre-reporting DOD circuit outages
with circuit, time, and date.

But I think FNMOC has another outage due to power scheduled next month.

We will get this info to Cameron or Doug to pass to the support center and
not send the 3 pieces of info over email for that planned outage.

Hopefully, preventing any unnecessary work by you all looking into a
planned outage.

Oh we will also get you all a new contact list with phone and emails,
because Frank from FNMOC has retired.
