[Woc-notify] ITC Standard Maintenance Window

Effective May 15, 2005 the ITC will begin implementing standard maintenance
windows consisting of the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month from 8:00pm to
12:00am.  All applications, servers and networks running at the ITC will be
unavailable during these periods.

There will continue to be occasions in which the ITC staff will need to
perform maintenance outside of the standard maintenance windows to handle
emergencies or critical issues.  We will continue to provide advance
notification on a case-by-case basis in the event a non-standard
maintenance windows is required.
