Maintenance Description:
NOAA SSMC NOC will perform a HW maintenance on its OCN device in SSMC4 to
address some power related issues.

Impacted Area:
NOAA/Internet/I2 connectivity to the NOS CIO OCN, the NOAA Auditorium, and
the SSMC4 Conference Room Network (CRN).
