[Woc-outages] DEST HOST Connectivity between NCEP and NSSL Down

Hello,

We are seeing connectivity issues between NSSL and NCEP.  We are unable to
connect to the following remote server host...

[image: red] 129.15.96.196    No connectivity to remote server at NSSL.


We are also seeing intermittent flags for Halaska due to this connectivity
issue.  In most cases this is an issue at NSSL.  Could your support staff
please investigate.
