[Woc-outages] WOC Norman Site Event 2018-06-29

Problem:
On 2018-06-29 at ~17:30 ET, the WOC began experiencing network connectivity
problems with our Norman, OK data center.

Impact:
All sites remain up and there is no impact to end users. Replication of
data to the the Norman, OK data center is unavailable at this time. All
other services are functioning properly.

Resolution:
WOC Staff are working to resolve the issue.
