[Open.ogc] What has changed with this WMS request?

Chi,
Okay, I took your sample request and tried changing the SRS to
EPSG:4326, and it doesn't seem to work, yet 4326 is listed in the
capabilities.

http://osm.woc.noaa.gov/mapcache/?LAYERS=osm&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&STYLES=&FORMAT=image%2Fjpeg&SRS=EPSG%3A4326&bbox=-118.8,22.15,-108.6,32.34&WIDTH=256&HEIGHT=256

 Do you see what is wrong with this request, or is 4326 not supported anymore?
