Summary:                    PROJ: ECFP Phase 2
Description: 
Prioritized Goals:
1. Roll out the new FYI/Help page
2. Roll out the new Product Description Document
3. Add product legend to single image view.
4. Re-orient the image matrix from left to right, top to bottom with old
images expiring off the page.
5. Remove auto refresh.
6. Add larger date/time to bottom left corner of images.  Move NOAA logo
to bottom right.
7. Change single image view to something similar to the Prog Charts or
Domestic Satellite pages.
8. Add print feature to single image view.
9. Add verification images that show observed lightning during the 6 hr
period.
10. Reorganize the Archive page.
