DESCRIPTION:           Participant NOAA-Fairmont is unstable.
NOAA-Fairmont's Fiber Provider sent a crew into the field to investigate
fiber issues between Morganstown and Fairmont, WV. On-site crew has
discovered tree damage to the aerial fiber. Efforts to repair are
underway and the estimated time to repair (ETR) is 45 minutes from this
sending. Updates will be provided as they are received.
