DESCRIPTION:           Participant NOAA-Fairmont is again stable.
NOAA-Fairmont's Fiber Provider repaired tree-caused damage to aerial
fiber between Morganstown and Fairmont, WV. Efforts to remove the tree
will be ongoing; however, no further instability is anticipated. Crews
from the site reported that due to the amount of storm damage remaining
in the area it may be 24-48 hours before the tree can be removed. Ticket
will remain open through tree removal.
