Summary:                    Add wildcard (*) back in to tafs and metars request
Description: 
Security filter for input fields were too tight.  Need to allow an asterisk
to pass through the filter.

added \* to regular expression as an allowed character

System Impact: None
User Impact: Low, users that do something like B* or K* will be able to
get their metars or tafs they request back instead of an error.

Test plan:
Go to www.aviationweather.gov/adds/metars and enter B*.  It should return
a list of metars.
