[Woc-notify] [Ncep.list.ncepoutages] [Ncep.list.ncepnoc] Orlando to Reston Primary Circuit Down

All,

Centurylink has reported that this outage is due to emergency
maintenance from the offnet Carrier, Time Warner in the Orlando area. 
They do not have an ETR at this time.  Operational traffic continues to
flow over the backup 10G circuit.  We will pass on any updates.
