DESCRIPTION:           Participant NOAA-Boulder/ESRL (Long Path) is currently unavailable due to unannounced 
                       maintenance being performed by Front Range GigaPop's vendor to splice fiber in Wyoming. 
                       This is the 2nd of 3 maintenance windows. The 1st window was tracked in outage ticket 
                       3723:120. The 3rd maintenance window will be tracked in maintenance ticket 3732:120. Maintenance is scheduled to be completed by 12:00 PM UTC. BiSON participants are using 
                       the west side of the BiSON ring during the unannounced maintenance.
