DESCRIPTION:           Participant NOAA-Boulder/ESRL (Long Path) will be unavailable while Front Range GigaPop's vendor 
                       performs maintenance to splice fiber in Wyoming. An outage is expected and the entire maintenance 
                       window is reserved. BiSON participants will use the west side of the BiSON ring during the maintenance 
                       window.
