I should state this is definitely causing an operational impact.  SPC isn't
getting MRMS data and also are having a lot of latencies with nexrad data
from dataflow.  The MRMS products that SPC uses are all for severe weather
(RotationTracks, Hail probabilities, etc) and are very important to the
forecasters.  They are provided every 2 minutes due to the nature of severe
weather forecasting and how quickly conditions can change.

I hope that helps relay the urgency of the situation - this data is very
important for SPC to do their job.
