     It was good to meet you by phone earlier.

I am in account reviews all day, but I had a chance to follow up with Pete Merritt on this, and for this he asked that you redirect to Les Duckett.  I have included Les on this email and encourage you to call him directly at 703.363.8111 for this escalation.  An email does not necessarily create an escalation, but a phone call definitely does.

Question: I show this ticket open on the secondary circuit, ETH1000C2-17095306.  Is the primary circuit, ETH1000C1-17095305, not working as well?

     I’m not sure if you are on this yet, but the customer, NCEP, is escalating the resolution of this ticket, which has been open since 5/12/2015.

I should state this is definitely causing an operational impact.  SPC isn't getting MRMS data and also are having a lot of latencies with nexrad data from dataflow.  The MRMS products that SPC uses are all for severe weather (RotationTracks, Hail probabilities, etc) and are very important to the forecasters.  They are provided every 2 minutes due to the nature of severe weather forecasting and how quickly conditions can change.

I hope that helps relay the urgency of the situation - this data is very important for SPC to do their job.
