DESCRIPTION:           Participant NOAA-Boulder/ESRL (Short Path) will be unavailable while
                       Level(3) Engineers perform fiber relocation maintenance due to a
                       railroad project. An outage  is expected, and the entire
                       maintenance window is reserved. NOAA-Boulder/ESRL will remain
                       available via the Long Path.
